SINUPULL
For easy and better drawing of the leg sinews of poultry without fuss and waste of energy.
The sinupull is a time saving device which makes it simple to remove in
one operation the feet and sinews of all sizes of chicken, turkeys, geese,
etc.
The foot is placed in the jaw of the grip and the hock of the leg is inserted
in the V-slot in the base of the machine to take the pull from below the
hock. It is recommended that the shinbone is broken just above the foot
before commencing to draw.
The sinews come out cleanly and easily without damaging the flesh of the
leg.
The Sinupull is of robust construction, trouble free, and requires no skill and little effort to use. With the sinews removed the legs are far more palatable particularly in the case of portioned birds. Approximate height: 480 mm. Weight: 5kg.
